- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined on what services you are looking for. My fees are based on how many students and what courses are taught.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and know what their needs are. That way I can discuss what courses are offered and cost involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of CPR/First Aid instruction. Have been teaching CPR for the company I work for certifying over 200 people annually. I am also an adjunct instructor at the local law enforcement academy teaching CPR/First Aid.
