Bryan installed a cat door in an exterior door leading to the pool lanai, and the entire experience was easy. From the start, his communication was prompt and clear. Bryan arrived ready to work and took the time to thoroughly examine the pet door I had purchased, ensuring it could be installed with the provided materials and was a good fit for the chosen door. He completed the job quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised to find after he left that he had also cleaned up and hauled away the cut-out door pieces. I inquired about another potential project, and I appreciated his honesty about his capabilities—unlike many contractors who tend to overpromise. I will definitely be reaching out to Bryan for future projects.

I had my TV framed, Bryan did a great job. Came up with a couple of things I would have forgotten to cut a small piece of wood in front where volume is used. I love it.

Pros: quick response to messages, completed the job, and looked at something else that I inquired about upon arrival Cons: was a few minutes late (no message to state that he was running behind) and apparently there is a 2 hour minimum even though it was never stated and the job was not 2 hours (not even 1 hour but I was prepared to pay for 1 hour)
