Pros: quick response to messages, completed the job, and looked at something else that I inquired about upon arrival Cons: was a few minutes late (no message to state that he was running behind) and apparently there is a 2 hour minimum even though it was never stated and the job was not 2 hours (not even 1 hour but I was prepared to pay for 1 hour)

I had my TV framed, Bryan did a great job. Came up with a couple of things I would have forgotten to cut a small piece of wood in front where volume is used. I love it.
