- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing for ExtraOrdinary results. ParkerPros also offers discounts for Retired Veterans and Senior Citizens over the age of 52. For our handyman jobs, we offer rates between $50-75 an hour, but since we are All about customer satisfaction, we tend to base our pricing on the job at hand. Our fencing projects range from $7 to $10 a foot for the labor. Materials are at market cost. We make sure we are getting you the cheapest materials cost available. This is true for repairs and new builds. Removal of 100 feet or less is free of cost. More than 100 feet, is charged per foot by difficulty of removal. The construction of gates are included in the materials cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact is made, we can usually set up a free estimate to be done the same day or the following day. For handyman work, We come out and discuss the issues at hand. If the customer is ready for the work to be done, we are generally prepared to take care of it. For fencing work, we come out and discuss the layout of the fence, placement of gates if any, take the total footage, and discuss the pricing. If the customer is prepared for the work to be done, the only upfront cost is for the materials. The remainder of the estimate is only paid after You are completely satisfied with the work we've done.
