As a professional golfer who has 33 years of golf experience and 20 years of competitive experience on the amateur, collegiate, and professional level, I understand the fundamentals of the game and how to apply this skill set to the golf course. I've taught 6,000 private and group lessons including the Get Golf Ready Level I & II Lesson Series, the Little Linksters LPGA-USGA Golf Clinics, and the Stoneybrook West Thursday Night Ladies Clinic and Mayfair Ladies Clinic.
As a competitor, I've competed on the amateur, collegiate, and professional levels of golf. Some highlights from my playing career include achieving Southern Conference Athlete of the month (September 2007), winning the 2008 Women’s Ohio State Amateur Championship, qualifying for the 2023 & 2017 Symetra Tour, and achieving one top 10 finish and seven top 20 finishes on the NWGA Eggland’s Best Ladies Professional Golf Tour

Frederique was very fast in responding to messages. She was very clear and direct during our lesson, which was perfect. Being direct and clear sets up realistic expectations. She's very knowledgeable and patient, she has the tools and equipment needed to be an effective instructor. I have already scheduled more lessons with her and am looking forward to learning from her.

I have several options for pricing. All rates include range balls and a lesson recap following the lesson. Packages are paid in full upfront. My rates are as follows:

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I would assess the student's strengths and weaknesses, and would ask students what their goals are and how much time they can commit to developing their golf game. We would develop a game improvement plan and proceed from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing golf for 32 years, and have 20 years of competitive experience on the amateur, collegiate, and professional levels. I am currently enrolled in the PGA program, and am at Level I. As an instructor at Baytree National Golf Links, I teach both group and private instruction. I have taught over 5,000 lessons in my 5 years of coaching.
