First responders get 15% off the total bill. When estimating a job I offer a price guarantee that charges the customer the lesser of the project estimate and the hourly charge.

Provide free onsite/facetime estimate, answering all questions and setting realistic expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
