After my bad review, they totally stepped up their service: the workers arrived on-time every day, the foreman greatly improved his communication, and completed the bathroom in 3 days as opposed to another additional week of messy construction. Although, the workers did leave some trash in our garage that we had to cleanup ourselves, the workers finally completed a great job and we have a beautiful new bathroom!!
We especially want to thank Pedro, the foreman, for coordinating the workmen and finally complete the job! The actual construction was top-notch and we love our new bathroom!
July 28, 2026: Harold from Prime Construction seemed very professional at first. Unfortunately, I never got to meet him. Because he NEVER CAME to the worksite!! Harold texted me (he is unable to call from Brazil) that he is debilitated and unable to visit the worksites. Pedro (the foreman) told me that Harold was in Brazil caring for his sickly mother.
RARELY did any of his workmen speak English, only Portuguese. We had to communicate via a Google Translate! And although the work was very well done, a 5 day job turned into a 3 WEEK job!! Only ONE worker came to the house at a time. And the work was EXTREMELY slow.
There did not seem to be any kind of organization or planning to make installation more efficient. I do NOT recommend this contractor. POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. MOST OF THE TIME, THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WERE NOT AVAILABLE. EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT AND SLOW.

What really stood out to me was how organized the project was instead of having one person handle everything, they brought in specialists for each part of the job. It made such a difference in the quality and finish of the work. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Prime Connect for anyone looking for a flawless renovation experience!
