- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my jobs based on how long I think the job will take, if it's going to be a deep or regular cleaning and how often you would like me to come back. I always price my jobs fair and they are worth every penny spent! I'm willing to work with clients based on there budgets and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is to first schedule a walk through. This way I get a chance to meet with you directly to discuss details about the job. It also allows me to give my clients a more accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a few different cleaning companies in the past but the most professional company was just a single women who had been running her business on her own for ten plus years. After I trained with her for a few years was when I decided to venture off and start my own business which has been very successful and continues to grow everyday!
