- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work as hard as I can to give customers the price they're used to paying from previous lawn companies, or the fairest price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want the customer to let me know their expectations of the service they want for their lawn. I also want to make sure they know I'm always available if any changes need to be made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have lots of hands on training and have learned from some of the top people!
