Unlike most companies we offer flat rates. We accept cash, check, card, & Cash app
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin our process with a new customer by first evaluating their needs. Once we are sure we can accommodate those needs we offer a quote. If the customer agrees to the quote we will email them an estimate. Then we will schedule the move. We send the customer a reminder the day prior to moving day. When we arrive on moving day we bring in all equipment necessary to complete your move. Two guys begin wrapping all furniture and mattresses, while one guy begins loading boxes and small furniture. Then two guys begin carrying the big furniture while one guy unassembles the beds. Then we finish loading the truck, secure the load, and slowly drive to the new location. Once we arrive at the new location we unload your belongings where you'd like them to go, clean-up, collect payment, and leave. Payment is due the same day as the move. We accept cash, check, debit or credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Professional Commercial Drivers transporting your goods. Every employee is trained on how to pack and transport items so customers items are safe. Every employee has multiple years of moving experience.
