We were having aggression issues with my MinPin towards the new dog. But Karen taught us how to create a more harmonious atmosphere. Baron still growls every now and then, but nothing like he used to. Max (new dog) used to chew on everything. Now, he's much more relaxed and hasn't chewed a thing in over a week! Thanks Karen!

Karen agreed to come out to our home for a free consultation. I gave her the address and we set the day and time a week in advance. I tried to contact her the day before to confirm but there was no response via the Thumbtack interface. I called her the morning of the date arranged for the appointment, which was set for 12:30, and she said, "I was going to call you" and cancelled the consultation citing distance as the reason. This is not at all professional or good business. I understand distance plays a factor in the desirableness of taking a job, but to leave it til a few hours before an appointment is not kosher or even considerate.
