- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is constant. It is not only needed to stay current with an ever changing market for it is also required to be a Realtor.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was an evolution more than anything else. I have a Bachelor Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Hotel Administration. My second job out of college was a ultra fast growing start-up restaurant company. The growth pace was amazing and after being involved in a few opening; I was promoted to New Store Opening Coordinator. This position required real estate skills: lease knowledge, construction, traffic counts, curb cuts, zoning, demographics, site selection and development. I always found that side of the business interesting and when the time was right I moved into real estate full-time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, commercial, and business brokerage sales and consulting.
