This company has done all our roofing for many years. Approximately 3 1/2 years ago did a reroof on a flat roof with a 10 year warranty. About 8 months ago the roof started leaking again. Numerous phone calls, emails, going to the office in person - all to no avail, will not come out and repair the roof even though it is under warranty. I was promised by the owner face to face that he would come out and fix the problem. He lied to the BBB as well when I filed a complaint. Told them he would be out to fix the problem. That was months ago. This used to be a good company, I don't know what is going on with this company now but I would warn any customers not to rely on receiving quality work or the so-called warranty given with the work.
