We have over 26 years in MMA experience. MMA is martial arts that addresses all ranges of fighting. The great thing about Praxis MMA is that it is not conceptual. We have actually been fighting in a professional arena for 26 years. We have put the concepts to the test and have a real understanding of what actually works.
This is based on real life self defense. All people are welcome. Our kids program is fun and instills self-confidence, respect, and integrity in children.
