I worked with Eric and found him to be very knowledgeable and responsive via text message. He showed up and fixed my Samsung ice maker that kept jamming and over-freezing. He knew about the problem before even showing up, he ordered the part and had it installed asap. Happy to recommend Eric to anyone else needing appliance repair.
