I worked with Eric and found him to be very knowledgeable and responsive via text message. He showed up and fixed my Samsung ice maker that kept jamming and over-freezing. He knew about the problem before even showing up, he ordered the part and had it installed asap. Happy to recommend Eric to anyone else needing appliance repair.

I had a company come out to look at my fridge and tried charging me 600 dollars. I contacted mike with dmaxx and they were less than 5 minutes away from me,c came out right away and showed me the exact problem and prices and I ended up paying 60 dollars versus 600 dollars. These guys are fast and most importantly honest. I will recommend them to everyone and use them in the future
