- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $59 for one appliance. We don’t charge a fee for the initial diagnosis if repair is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You contact us. 2. Same-day diagnostic of the unit. 3. Estimate. 4. Agreement/deposit. 5. Repair. 6. Payment. You find us and place us your request for repair. Then we contact you, ask questions and collect more information on the appliance problem, clarify the details, such as brand, age, model number, possible causes of breakdown, etc. We give you recommendations in cases when we think you can personally fix the problem. If you need our service we arrange a service time convenient to you. Our technician comes and inspects your appliance and identifies the problem. After inspection, he quotes you the repair cost. If the problem will need parts replacement, ETA is 1-3 business days, because we order genuine parts from our suppliers and it takes time to get them from the manufactories. If the breakdown can be repaired without replacing parts or we have a part in stock, the technician repairs the appliance on the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Now at Starchenko Appliance Repair, there are 4 certified technicians with a minimum of 5 years of experience in appliance repair in Florida and New York. Our professional staff know how to make our customers happy, satisfied, and loyal for many years. Our master technicians are qualified and trained to repair commercial and household equipment and models: refrigerators, stoves, cooktops, ovens, washing machines, dryers, microwaves, dishwashers.
