SoBe Pooch is awesome! They always are on time and communicative. My dogs love them and are so excited to see them every time they are around.I trust them with my two pugs, which are like my children. My two dogs are over 13 years old and require lots of medicine, strict regimes of eye drops, etc and they always have been so diligent about making sure to treat them like they were their own.I have used them for almost two years now and I would recommend them for anyone who wants responsible and caring pet sitters and dog walkers.

Everything you could want from a caretaker for your pet. They watched over my dog for a whole month at my apartment. walks, water and food. Even after i had to extend my trip. The videos put you at ease because you can see your dog seems adjusted and well taken care of.

The BEST Pet Care services in Miami!!! Super passionate and take such great care of the animals! My sundae even learned a few new tricks after being boarded for a week while she was a puppy. Steve, Daniel, and all the walkers at SOBE Pooch are absolutely fantastic! I really cannot say enough good things about them! When anyone asks me if I know a dog walker, I reply, "I know the BEST Dog Walkers!"The service is absolutely what one would expect from a professional, organized, business, and the care is more than one would expect from a family member! I came down on vacation with my new puppy and pocket beagle. My puppy kept barking whenever we left the room. We stayed in one day and searched for a last minute doggie daycare service. SoBe Pooch came to the rescue and saved our vacation. They were fast responding, polite, sincere, and found a great sitter with hotel pick up. I can't thank them enough for saving our vacation. They sent pictures and text messages through out the day. I felt my kids were in great hands.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer sends full name, email, phone number, and name of the pet.
2. Customer receives login information for our application where they will be updated via pictures, videos, and chat notifications from the pet service provider taking care of their pet.
3. Customer adds billing information and pet information to profile and a free meet & greet is then scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Pet Service Providers are professionals with at least 5 years of dog walking experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We love dogs since the day we could start walking and talking. Dog language is in our DNA.
