Kyler is an excellent home inspector! He is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I recently hired him to do a 4-point inspection on my property, and I was very impressed with his work. Kyler arrived on time for the inspection and was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain the inspection process to me and answer all of my questions. He then proceeded to inspect the property carefully, paying close attention to the four key areas that are covered in a 4-point inspection: the roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. After the inspection, Kyler provided me with a detailed report of his findings. He explained any issues he found in a clear and concise manner, and he gave me recommendations for how to address them. Kyle was available 24 hours after speaking with us and delivered the report within the day. Initially was only going to hire him for plumbing but after seeing a sample of his report and heating his fast turn around, we decided to do both the home and plumbing inspection with him. We loved the efficiency and quality of his reports. He also advised mold inspection which at the end we didn’t see too much value in and it took a little longer to get the results, but perhaps we misunderstood the type of results that mold inspection could provide. Overall, definitely recommend Kyle.

I was surprised the quality of my roof inspection (its south florida) So many low quality businesses trying to rip you off. But the experience working with Kore Home Inspections is top notch. The price is right. They provide a quality and professional emailed and text assessment of roof. They take pictures of everything required. I couldn't be more happy.. i will use them again every year because the process was so easy.
