Really great service. Took good care of me - my mom recently passed away and I live in Texas which makes everything that much more difficult to handle, especially on top of the grief. They were flexible with me and went out of their way to go to the house, take video and pictures of the house, and sent them to me so I knew what it looked like before they began. This way, I could also better understand the quote and their thorough explanation of options. They were so good at communicating with me from start to finish. Most importantly, they knew about my situation and cleaned up my moms home with detail and heart. Thanks to Delia and others, I am confident that the house can be shown to potential buyers without me even seeing it in person.
