From the first time we spoke with Vlad, we knew we were in good hands. He was extremely professional, responsive, and attentive to our needs. On the day of the wedding, Vlad and his team arrived early and were ready to go. The vehicles were in immaculate condition and decorated beautifully, and the drivers were all dressed impeccably. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure that everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. Throughout the day, Vlad and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Came in to miami with a large group. Had corresponded with Vlad prior to arrival. He fixed us up with a wonderful driver named Robert who was with us for 5 hours for one day and 10 hours another day. Exceptionally kind and professional. Great service. Would highly recommend to anyone coming into Miami and needing transportation.

We needed an airport transfer and having a toddler car seat was a must. I have been scarred with car services coming without the car seat in the past (even when requested 10 times over the booking and over the phone) and it would always cause a lot of stress and difficulties getting to my destination. Everything was great from the moment of initial engagement - the price was right, communication was great, he met us at the baggage claim. Very pleasant gentlemen too.
My experience was fantastic - I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use Vlad’s services again when traveling to Florida.

We booked with this company because we had a group of us traveling to the airport and had a lot of luggage. They were very fast responding to my queries. Robert was amazing!
