Introduction: Creating Vaughn Strong is my proudest endeavor. I take the utmost pride in training my clients. Training you to become comfortable and confident in your body for everyday life is my goal. Also, I will teach you to be your own personal trainer in the future. I was a bully victim and I failed as an athlete in high school, but my experience allows me to help others through empathy.

When I first started with Chris, we sat down in a room and he recorded everything we talked about. He said he wanted to listen to the conversation over again so he could make my own workout schedule the best suited my goals and my dreams. Right then and there, I knew this guy was serious. He’s has knowledge like no other and he treats everyone the same. What I also liked is that he said he’s tried every single workout program he offers, so that’s how he knows they work. Not many other trainers can say they’ve done that. He has goals and he’s out their to achieve them. He’s change my approach about lifting and definitely change my mindset. He always texts you out of nowhere like “hey what’s up with you??, How’s everything going? , How’s your mindset?” That truly shows he cares about you and wants to make sure everything’s going good. This guys a legend!

Chris Vaughn is an outstanding trainer! He loves balance and understands that your body is only as strong as your weakest link. He has a variety of training methods (cutting, bulking, bodybuilding, olympic lifts, power lifting, conditioning, etc.). Coach Vaughn's methods were essential when I plateaued. What you need in a trainer is someone who gets you, and is passionate about your goals and your progression. Coach Vaughn has done more than made his mark on his clients.

For the past 2 weeks I’ve been consistently executing the tasks with Vaughn Strong Performance under the ‘Aesthetics’ program — I was not short-changed by the purchase. I’m getting my money’s worth THEN SOME. I initially met Chris through his social media feed and what really drew me to him was his drive, passion and transparency. As any good teacher, he is completely invested in helping others change their lives as he did, and continues to this day — which follows through into his communication tendency to check in on you. From my experience, he doesn’t ask ”have you worked out today?” if he trusts you want it, badly. I still have a way to go but trust Vaughn Strong Performance programs entirely to take me further along on my fitness journey. How bad to you really want to change? He’ll help you get there. His encouragement is off the charts! But, GET READY TO FEEL CHANGE. Sometimes, Change literally hurts. But you know it’s worth it when you meet the end of the goal.

I have discounts for purchasing in a package!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk about all goals, past exercise experience, injuries, etc whether it’s over the phone, FaceTime, or in person. Then you and I will create a plan that best suits both of our schedules!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ACE certified with 7 years of exercise experience. I have also had 3 surgeries and multiple injuries while trying to pursue a collegiate scholarship. I know how to deal with injuries through empathy.
