Introduction: Camilo Morales is a photographer, digital editor, and visual artist. His career began in Bogota, Colombia where he studied advertising and visual communication. He later moved to Washington, DC where he shifted his focus from developing conceptual advertising campaigns to acquiring more technical photographic skills. He completed studies in advanced digital photography, acquiring the tools to further express his creative vision through the camera lens and digital imaging. This dual expertise allows him to better capture and create images that range from the abstract to the realist, many of which reveal his own personal and social commentary. As global trends evolve and changes in demographics occur, Camilo has created a series of niche lifestyle collections, representing multi-faceted cultural imagery. Complementary to this, his travel photography captures the true spirit of urban life by balancing both minute details with iconic imagery, all the while encapsulating the complex inhabitants within them. In the past teen years, Camilo has worked not only as a professional photographer, but also as a creative director in several commercial and artistic projects.
