- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In a meeting or over the phone we learn about the upcoming project with all details. We carefully plan our services around the event trying to capture all important moments. Upon signing the contract we receive an approximate schedule of the event and structure the shoot around it. When the big day is over and the photo and video material has been captured we coordinate the post production with the client tailoring the final film to the taste and desire of the client (selecting music tracks, selecting specific shots and color grade for the film)

Graduated from a top art school - Tisch School of the Arts NYU. 5 years of professional experience in video and photo production.
