I offer private yoga as a way for you to come back to yourself through movement, breath, and deeper connection. As an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with extensive training in Vinyasa & Hatha yoga and trauma-informed approaches, I focus on creating spaces where you feel safe, supported, and free to practice at your own pace. I come to you so we can build a practice around your body, schedule, energy, and goals, with an emphasis on autonomy, awareness, and acceptance. My intention is to help you become more present with yourself and develop a kinder, more attentive relationship with your body and your life.
