- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for each event is based on what is needed in the way of food, supplies and help needed. Each event is different, so prices may vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a phone conversation to assess with the client needs. We then compile a menu.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the food service business for over 25 years. I have taken many courses at Johnson & Wales. I instruct young students and adults, in cooking, nutrition and baking.
