Plumbing Drain Repair
They got the job done but I feel was overcharged. They charged me $300 dollars just to unclog my mainline. Then when they were unable to unclog the drain line they charged me an additional $200 to put a camera down the drain to find the clog. They didn’t tell it would cost $200 to use the camera before they used it. They just used the camera and charged me for it without my permission. My main issue is why charge me an additional charge for using a camera to unclog the drain when I paid them $300 to unclog the drain why am I being charged extra for them to unclog the drain!? They told me they can unclog for $300 it’s not my problem they had to use a camera.
Jun 24, 2020VerifiedDolphinz Plumbing's replyDavid d I did not use the camera to unclog the drain I use the camera because I need it to see why I cannot unclog the drain you was adviced other way you will not have it pay you said you was gonna use the recording that whe provide you for insurance purposes also I even give you a new price to fix it I guess whe dint talk about that either that’s bad David if you felt that way you should it call me first now you here doing a second review after you did a first one giving me a 4 star review you should call me tell me about how you feelings you never did that’s I got two facts for you you pay 500 dollars right but did you got your Sttopage clear meaning you was available to use bathtub toilet and all the above that’s was set for 300 now for 200 more you got knowledge proof and video that your pipe is broken and you need to fix it video detailed and a new estimated to fix it which you never respond I’m sorry sr you feel that way you was not overcharge I will Send you mi book price so you can see the pricess I run the snake from all your vents 120 ft out you was not overcharged unce again you should it call me advise me tell me what you feelings are and will reimburse yourself money with out even questioning but instead you come direct to review me it’s ok it’s what it’s but I guess your intentions are another’s

THE BEST, Outstanding professional service, the company offered to come out right away for leak detection at a decent price. They were on time and started working right away! It was not an easy task but they managed to find the large leak, a job that would seem to take all day was completed in a couple hours. Other companies were hardly willing to help and Dolphinz Plumbing made the job look easy. We are so thankful for this great experience and will recommend the company to everyone!

Toilet Repair
Lazaro and Kris did a fantastic job fixing both of my toilets. One was leaking, and one was rocking. They were the most responsive of the plumbers I contacted, and they also gave me the best estimate. I highly recommend Dolphinz Plumbing and will be using them in the future.
