This project of replacing my shower faucet with from a silver one to a black one took at an entire week, several days of labor and countless hours. It can only be from lack of experience that I had to spend days with only cold dripping water because of a faucet handle/circular plate being incorrectly installed while the plumber continued to explain that handle’s can be off to the side and still work fine & that I was confused or didn’t know what I was talking about yet I could not move the handle to where water can come out correctly or toward the hot water. It took a little bit of harassing to get him to come remove it and re-install it properly (as seen in the last photo attached where handle is facing the bottom). Nothing worse than someone who can’t admit their mistakes. THANKFULLY it got done on day 7. That is all that matters. However, I advise that you do your research on the job you need and whether this plumber has the experience to get it done seamlessly.
