With an at home emergency that happend to be the association that was responsible and only after calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, they sent Brett. Upon and inspection he was more than sure that the backed up pipe was an association issue. He wrote up an email to the association and got the issue resolved. As Fast As Possible for us.
