I had a leaking toilet that needed repair, and Ernesto did an excellent job. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it efficiently. Throughout the visit, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Ernesto took the time to explain what was causing the issue and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also left the area clean and tidy, which I greatly appreciated.
It’s not always easy to find someone reliable, but Ernesto provided outstanding service from start to finish. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services and would not hesitate to call him again in the future.
Details: 1 toilet • Municipal water (most common) • Townhouse

Ernesto made very clear what services he provides. He came to my home and serviced my toilet. The call was straightforward…there was a piece broken off in the toilet that was stuck and the fact that he handled it so quickly was a bonus. If you need help with your plumbing needs I definitely recommend Ernesto of Brito Fix & Repair.

Ernesto (Brito) was easy to schedule, arrived in the agreed timeframe, and charged a fair price. He was also honest about what should and should not be done regarding the work. I would call Ernesto again for future plumbing needs.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of service, severity of the problem, and access to the drain or sewer line. I always explain pricing upfront before starting the job. There are no hidden fees, and emergency services are available 24/7.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions to understand the issue. Then I inspect the problem and explain what’s causing it and the best solution. I provide clear pricing before starting the work. Once approved, I complete the job efficiently and make sure everything is working properly before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience as a Plumbing Technician, with a strong focus on drain cleaning, sewer systems, and trenchless lining solutions. As a Lining Specialist, I specialize in diagnosing and repairing complex sewer issues. I continuously improve my skills by working with professional equipment and staying up to date with modern plumbing techniques.
