Jorge very professionally diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty waterheater at a fair price. He gives you all the options with no upsell. George did a great job on almost all the plumbing tasks, essentially updating/repairing original plumbing fixtures 40+ years old, while installing new BR and kitchen sink faucets. A small access panel now installed over the main water shutoff is not completely flush with the wall (some interference with the valve handle), fixable with a little more work but a minor issue. I note that we did pay a significant premium for same-day service rather than follow our normal practice given time to obtain multiple estimates, but here (acting as our own GC with 4 subs including George), the project- that included new vanities, a shower stall, and this work- still came in well under budget. We'll use D-C Plumbing again but get up-front estimates if time permits.

I had an emergency. My hot water tank was not working. I have tenants in my condo so I needed this replaced right away. I first called ART Miami Plumbing and they could not empty the tank because it was clogged, I am told this happens all the time. They quit and left me hanging. I then called Dade County Plumbing and spoke to Brian. He was great from the start. He said his installers could drain the tank with no problem. They finished the job in a few hours and my tenants were very happy! I paid too much and Brian sent me the money right back. If you want an experienced, reliable, honest company, Dade County Plumbing is the way to go!
