Martel Services were very responsive to my request. They arrived early on the day of the installation of the new hot water heater and worked diligently to remove the old hot water heater. The hot water heater is located in a small space so it took awhile to remove but once removed it took no time for the installation of the new hot water heater. Once installed everything worked perfectly. I’m very satisfied with Martel Services.

When I contacted him, he responded very quickly and we were able to schedule the job within 24hrs. He was very thorough removing the previous water and in the installation. Our water heater started leaking this (Saturday) afternoon. Ariel from All Pro agreed to meet us at our local Home Depot to pick out a new unit. In a heartbeat would I call Jose again for his service. Its now almost 3 month since he was here to install a new water heater as our died. From the initial contact until end of installation, Jose was always responsive. He helped us a lot, got the extra way to pick up the Rheem, came and installed it (it was a narrow space and our heater was almost glued to the bottom). He didn't complain about the extra work it took him, installed and all was working perfectly. And as mentioned.. i think it doesn't get better, if something breaks its normally at the beginning.. he did a fabulous job, thank you Jose! Merry Christmas!

Daniel was great! He worked quickly - was responsive, honest, and professional. He installed a tankless gas water heater, removed the old tank, setup a natural gas line for our grill, and converted the grill from propane all in about 4 hours. He cleaned up everything, left no mess. He was very communicative throughout the process, explaining the plan and details. He gave us a great price and was extremely pleasant to work with. Will definitely hire in the future when we are ready to convert our stovetop and dryer to gas!
