Toilet flush was very low pressure and Luis Sanchez was assertive and effective in figuring out the issue and fixing it. Great job and I can recommend them. Shout out to Denise in the call center who was very friendly and clear calling me back on Christmas Day. Thank you, team!

Scheduled a same-day appointment! Luis was professional and took the time to explain what he was doing — what was wrong, how it needed to be fixed, and why. Our toilet is old, and I thought it might need to be replaced, but Luis managed to repair it instead, saving us the cost of a new one. Really appreciate his honesty and skill. Thank you, Luis!

I had an outstanding experience with Jorge from Mr. Clog and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment he arrived, it was clear they take professionalism and cleanliness seriously. Shoe covers were put on before stepping inside, gloves were worn the entire time, and great care was taken to protect my home and maintain proper hygiene throughout the job.

The work itself was done flawlessly. Everything was explained clearly, the job was completed efficiently, and the area was left spotless once finished. There was no rushing, no cutting corners, just solid, careful work from start to finish.

On top of that, the pricing was more than fair for the level of service provided. Honest, respectful, and dependable service like this is hard to find. If you are looking for a plumbing company that treats your home with care and delivers excellent results, Mr. Clog is highly recommended.

Clog Busters got someone to me within 24 hours and provided me with updates on their ETA. The Pro Luis that came and did the work was super friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue well in a very timely manner. I will definitely work with them again!
