Patient and responsive. My building has a thorough registration process for contractors which caused a healthy delay in letting him up to my floor on the first try. But he pleasantly offered to simply come back the next day. Which, he did. Was a great help in finding the problem with my washer connection. Keeping his info and he’ll be my guy for any appliance work from now on!

He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the issue with the microwave, a day later we received the parts, he returned and repaired it as new. We really appreciate his work and he was neat and tidy up afterwards.

Shamil was awesome. Super polite. We had an issue with our washer since it was not draining. Problem was it was also full of water. So he had to drain it first to even run a diagnostic. Finally found the issue but couldn’t be fixed right away because we had to order a part. Found it for us and everything. Much appreciated!
