Aylazzzat came to repair my washer. It could not be repaired so I bought a used washer and he said that they could install it for me. It was up a flight of stairs so he found a friend and installed it on a Sunday night for me. I truly appreciate his professionalism. The money I paid him for showing up the service fee. He applied toward the fee for installing full service repair.

Shamil diagnosed and fixed my fridge promptly. I had another technician come and charge me to replace gaskets that were not even a problem. Shamil was able to confirm the gaskets weren’t a problem by asking just one question over the phone. Once Shamil arrived he did a thorough diagnosis & repair. I’m happy to have found a knowledgeable & reliable repair man.

Shamil is a true professional. Expert in repairing refrigerators, washers and dryers, responsive to emergency calls (Saturday evening my refrigerator stopped cooling), Shamil was at my home at 10 am on Sunday! Anticipates needs! Saw that I was not taking advantage of everything my new dryer offered he cleaned the lint (which caused him to take apart my dryer as lint was everywhere despite my cleaning the filter after each use), Shamil suggested I add a water line to my dryer so I could avoid ironing! When Lowe’s delivery refused to take down door to position new refrigerator Shamil stepped in and took down door (snd put it back) while he waited to connect copper connection to ice maker (which Lowe’s also refused to connect even though water valve was off. Would hire Shamil without hesitation. He is as kind as he is capable.
