Wow! Juan and his team were amazing!! They diagnosed the problem quickly, installed the part and finished the repair with professionalism. All of the work was finished within a couple of hours. Juan was very pleasant and kept me informed about every step in the process. He was also very good with the cost of the repair. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to others needing appliance repairs. Thank you!! 😊

This was my first experience with CORBEND APPLIANCE, and it was great. Easy to schedule (and reschedule when a conflict arose at my end). Juan did my service call, a pretty minor one as it turns out, but it could have been worse. He arrived right the beginning of the “window” and was done in under 20 minutes. All with good cheer and a smile on his face. Yes, even behind the mask! Next time I need a repair, CORBEND gets the call. No question about it.

A hose had come off of the back of my fridge and it was leaking water everytime the water ran. Juan assessed the situation -- it was not just a loose hose -- but a seal that had failed. He stocked the part and was able to get it switched out the next morning. I live in a high rise where it can be difficult getting contractors in and out -- especially when the offices were closed. Juan had everything he needed in his backpack and did the repair on a holiday. Very happy with the results.

The technician was extremely polite and explained the issues, and the necessary repairs, for my washer and dryer very clearly. Both units needed additional work for which parts had to be ordered, but he’s returning tomorrow to complete the job.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have a diagnostic fee of $40, we’ll come out look at the unit and tell you exactly what’s wrong with it. If you decide repair it with us the diagnostic fee will be no charge, You only paid for the Repair.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We schedule the visit according to the needs of our clients, once the technician is on the property he makes the diagnosis of the machine and shows the client the estimate of the repair, in many cases the technician has the parts in stock and he can repair it at the moment, in case of not having them we have multiple suppliers in the city to be able to carry out the repair in the shortest time possible.
