Money comes and go, but having a reliable company that offers an Excellent Customer Service and quality work is priceless
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call them to set up the appointment, call 30-45 mins before arrival, perform a diagnostic, give the estimate. If approved, we will fix it right away if we have the parts available. If not available we will over night the parts from supplier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified technicians in refrigeration, Viking, Thermador, Subzero, GE Monograms.
