Our diagnostic fee is $49 and is applied toward the repair if you move forward. We believe in transparent pricing — no hidden fees. You’ll always know the cost before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us the brand, model, and issue — we’ll schedule you quickly (often same-day). We diagnose the problem, explain your options, and in most cases complete the repair on the first visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience working with all major appliance brands and stay up to date with modern repair techniques and diagnostics.
