We had a great experience! Did driveway and side hallways of the house. They worked fast, very professional and high quality finish. The negotiation was smooth, a client advocate company with serious and responsable personnel. 100% recommended and will definitely work with them in the future.

Avoid them. Over promises. Does NOT deliver. Nothing but bad here. Lots of mistakes. Mishandled an entire 25k+ job. We started a big cement job in late August 2024. It's mid-November when I started writing this. Very, very slow. He's given up on us. It should have been done weeks ago. Now its Dec 18 and this guy never tries to reach out. This is not a company! Don't make the same mistake we did. The main guy Andres -"the project manager"- recently told me (4 weeks ago, the last time we spoke otp) that "he subbed my job out". This was after telling me he's gonna be on the job site w his own employees during the estimate.  The guy just lies so you hear what you need to hear. Then he blames the people he hired like its their fault for not doing the right work? I thought he was a contractor. Not some guy subbing my work out. We surely dont need a middleman who makes excuses everytime I try to reach out. Tells me over and over hes gonna have a schedule for me and never gives me one and doesn't show up. He would just ghost me if I dont contact him first. When they have shown up in the past to compound the limerocks in the beg - they were never here for 8 hours in a day. Never two guys working. One guy always sitting down. I spent alot of money here with Castellon and got nothing but trouble.  I will need to hire another company to come over to repair and finish the job. Andres, completely left us hanging. Took alot of money. Doesn't seem capable to do a residental cement job. Mentioned he has a pool company too.. (Trident Pools here on Thumbtack) but tbh- the way our pool looks now- I would never hire them. Its gonna cost me alot to drain and clean my own pool. Then, Its going to cost us alot of money to repair this messed up cement with no drainage anywhere... its just Horrible. Andres/Carlos Castellon doesn't care about the customer. He will talk a whole lot about how he won't leave you hanging...then *he will* leave you hanging. I had a mother on home hospice, whos passed now, a father in law who's 100% disabled veteran- they left me with NO safe access to my property until the end of October. It was a ridiculous amount of time. Once they finally poured concrete...they made mistakes. Andres wasnt here during the pour BTW... it was a random group of people that didnt speak English. 4 weeks+ (after the pour) and nothing has been done since. We needed the cement to be properly sealed and theres alot of other work undone.  Its now January and this guy has just dissappeared. We have nails sticking out everywhere inside our pool, its completely clogged up, left us dangerous (non filled) doorways in the back which are supposed to get turfed, left garbage everywhere, and to top it all off...the cement that was just poured has multiple cracks in it already.  The biggest messup was, They never installed the super drain. It is supposed to be installed before cement gets poured. So when it rains now...it comes into the house. Lots of problems here created by Andre/Castellon and his people. This company doesn't seem to have any employees. One "boss" named Andres who will present himself well in a company truck. But then- once hired, youll see one guy in a red truck that will shower in front of your house if you have a water spicket. He was the worst kind of worker, you dont want this at your home! Now, Jan 2025 and I don't want them to *ever* come back even though I've given them WAY MORE $$ than the amount of terrible work thats been done. I cant trust *any* of their work (or anything more) based on what has happened here. Photos show cracks, trash and our "infinity edge" that didnt happen - plus the nails left that us homeowners pulled out of the unfinished concrete. Pics of the doorways they left us with no access and when it rains...it comes right inside. I had to buy tarps & water dams :/ Theres alot more I could show of this disater job. JUST AVOID!!!

I just wanna thank you to Castellon Services was a wonderful experience. I am truly thankful I called for their services. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. I’ve had my house remodeled they are licensed and insured they take care all permits, plans everything, the end result, exceeded my expectations look!!!

I'm very happy that I'm working on my home. And the best thing that's happened to us is that Andres @ castellon services to help accomplish our kitchen and bathroom renovations. We have a new plans for the patio floors. They did a 👌 great job on the part job and the Cooper back splash on the kitchen was a nice change thanks andres! I recommend them to anybody who wants to make their old house into their new house.
