- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process begins with an initial phone consultation where we discuss the client's project requirements, goals, and budget. If the client agrees with the estimated cost provided during this discussion, we proceed with a site visit to gather more detailed information. Based on the insights gathered from both the consultation and site visit, we prepare and present a formal proposal to the client. Upon approval of the proposal, we move forward with signing a contract. If permits are necessary for the project, we handle the submission of the required documents to obtain them. Once all preparations are finalized, we commence the construction phase. Upon completion, we deliver the finished project to the client, making any necessary adjustments or final touches as required. Subsequently, we follow up with the client to ensure their satisfaction with the completed work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years doing home remodeling (Kitchen/Bathroom/Room/Exterior). We hold Florida state wide general contractor licensee.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our customers we have worked with are home owners. We also have worked with interior designers,real estate agents, and property managers.
