They worked around my schedule to meet and coordinate visit to my place. They submitted all required documents in a timely manner to obtain my HOA permits for the installation and project was completed within 3 weeks of initial contact (My HOA took 10 days to respond). They kept constant communication at all times of visits and status of product. The installation itself took 1 visit in the afternoon and another couple hours to finish. After it was installed, he demonstrated how to properly close shutters, how to keep them opened and proper maintenance. The product is aluminum and it gives me peace of mind on a strong hurricane (after a couple nearmisses in the last 2 years in South Florida). They were the 3rd company that quoted and the price was almost identical in all 3 companies, but they described the product and installation (which tells me they have the experience and know their business for the task). We're probably doing another project with them, and our neighbors are interested in installation as well. Would recommend them to anyone.
