The only complaint I have is that I cannot give Adrian 10 stars on here. Adrian has been nothing short of amazing in the job I hired him for, which included installing two impact rated exterior doors. I found Adrian to have a great attitude and very friendly personality. I was having a hard time choosing a design for my front door. So Adrian invited me to the Eco warehouse to have a look at door designs in person to help me make a decision. This immensely helped me to finally make a decision on the front door and to finally hire him. His customer service skills are superb. To hire Adrian, like other contractors, I had to pay him a certain percentage of the agreed upon price upfront. Instead of disappearing on me after being paid like other awful contractors, Adrian kept me informed throughout the entire process. I never had to call him to find out the status of the project because he would always contact me first to inform me on the status. Every time I had to call him because I had another question, he would almost always answer. The rare times he would not answer he would call me back almost immediately. Again, this is even after having paid him a certain percentage upfront. I greatly admire this aspect about him. As far as the outcome of the job itself, I have two beautiful, professionally installed doors to show for it thanks to Adrian's excellent and professional workmanship.
