It gives us great pleasure to acquaint you with the Fire Tower, one of Miami's newest lakeside catering facility, where we cater parties your guests will never forget.
When you choose to hold your wedding at the Fire Tower, people will talk and tell you just how special it was.
Located in the heart of Miami International Commerce Center, the innovative design of the Fire Tower sets the stage for the dining adventure that awaits you within. Creatively crafted food sculptures and designer-serving pieces enhance the bountiful buffet presentations that have become our trademark.
Indeed, our cuisine is a feast for the eyes, but that is only for starters. Our multi-ethnic chefs delight in catering the kind of fare you would expect, but seldom find even at the finest hotels. The spacious dining room is graced with a Baccarat chandelier, and floor to ceiling picture windows that overlook our sparkling azure lake, with its majestic lighted fountain.
The facility is easily accessible, and offers ample parking in a well-lit, secure area. Guests who park their cars in the outermost sections of the spacious lot may be brought to the facility in our shuttle.
The Fire Tower has several possibilities for your wedding ceremony. If the weather is nice, an outdoor lakeside covered terrace may be utilized. In inclement weather, either of the indoor rooms may be used, depending on the size of the group. In any case, we will provide a deluxe arch for the celebrants, and covered chairs for your guests. There is no extra charge for any of these arrangements.
You are welcome to provide the appropriate vendors for the event, including decorators, coordinators, florists, photographers, video specialists, and of course, musicians. There are no restrictions on these suppliers, within the bounds of common sense.
We have enclosed sample menus for your perusal. This special wedding package includes the room rental, tables, chairs, china, glassware and silverware, floor-length linens, and matching chair covers. The wedding cake, provided by Cake Designs by Edda, is a scrumptious finale to a memorable dinner.
The first package is based on a minimum of 125 guests. For larger groups or for off-peak dates, discounts may apply. To learn more about the pricing, please call us to arrange an appointment.
