- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I continuously attend seminars and take courses to remain up to date with the latest techniques, ingredients, and designs. You have to continuously adapt to changing customers needs and wants.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the kitchen cooking since I was 3 years old and baking since I was 4 and enjoy seeing customers happy when I deliver the product they imagined.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My best friends wedding a combo which was composed of candy table, dessert shots, and cake. The look on her face and that of the guests was was worth all of the hard work and time spent on the project.
