With so many 5 star reviews, I had to go with Cooling Nation (Polo is the owner). Polo did not disappoint and it is hard not to with such high expectations. Polo responded to my quote request within 10 minutes, was direct and to the point in his responses and quoted a very fair price. He came by that night to measure closet where Air Handler is and said he’d be back at 9-10am the following morning. He arrived in that window. He and his coworker were pleasant and went right to work. It took about 4 hours and they cleaned up very well after. Polo did not try to upsell me…he gave me the best recommendation for me which was the cheaper option and he advised that i didn’t need a UV light added (for my allergies; it’s more for viruses and bacteria which i wasn’t so concerned about). Very hard to find a straight-shooter in this town but that is exactly who Polo is. He has a happy customer who will keep coming back (and recommend). Thanks again Polo!

Polo came on time.He is very professional and honest. He explained everything to us that he needed to do to fix the problem with the a/c.And he showed me how to clean the filter and how to keep the pipe clean .I really recommend him he is very nice and professional. I give him 5 stars excellent job.
