I highly recommend Cooling Nation for any AC repair/replacement. The owner came to our house to look at our AC that we wanted to replace due to age and gave us professional recommendations with detailed explanations of what kind of unit we should replace our current AC with. With so many 5 star reviews, I had to go with Cooling Nation (Polo is the owner). Polo did not disappoint and it is hard not to with such high expectations. Polo responded to my quote request within 10 minutes, was direct and to the point in his responses and quoted a very fair price. He came by that night to measure closet where Air Handler is and said he’d be back at 9-10am the following morning. He arrived in that window. He and his coworker were pleasant and went right to work. It took about 4 hours and they cleaned up very well after. Polo did not try to upsell me…he gave me the best recommendation for me which was the cheaper option and he advised that i didn’t need a UV light added (for my allergies; it’s more for viruses and bacteria which i wasn’t so concerned about). Very hard to find a straight-shooter in this town but that is exactly who Polo is. He has a happy customer who will keep coming back (and recommend). Thanks again Polo!

Paulo is a God sent AC tech that I came across on thumbtack. I messaged him last night and he called me right away. I had a big leak that damaged my 1st floor ceiling and I had no AC in the house. He called me this morning to follow up and my plan was to replace my cooling system but he took a look and told me he can fix the issue. He serviced the unit and told me I can make it last a Lil longer to avoid the expenses of a new unit. He stayed for 1 hrs to ensure there was no leak. He took pictures and sent them to me and told me what he had worked on to make it work. I live in NY and he was extremely helpful by going in my property and helping me solve the leak issue. Now I have AC working and the leak stopped. I will continue to use him for all future maintenance on my AC. He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and everything worked out for me. This guy is awesome and very nice. Good quality work. Thanks a million Paulo!!! You saved my life. 🙏

Great experience profesional worker. It took us a long time to find someone honest to help with our air conditioning units. Called and was able to come same day to install our air conditioning Unit.
