I bought my condo in February apparently the AC wasn’t maintained and stopped working. They took care of the problem at a reasonable price. As long as my AC doesn’t suddenly stop working, l will see them next year for my yearly maintenance

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have great prices and offer customer specials from time to time. Depending on the season we may have special prices for tune-up services or specials for AC change out. Give us a call and we'll be able to offer the best deal for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial call, we schedule an appointment to visit the customer and evaluate their situation. Upon further review, we prepare an estimate based on the best solution for the customers. Once the proposal is accepted we discuss payment terms. Easy financing is available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Carlos Vegas, graduated in 1983 with his Masters in Mechanical Engineer awarding 43 years of experience in the field. He also has his Certified State License allowing him to work as a contractor with the knowledge and experience to complete the job and carefully follow the security procedures of the Florida Building Code. Aside from taking continuing education courses to stay up to date with new developments in the industry we also attend conferences every year to provide our customers with top-notch quality products and services.
