I'm so happy I found Javier. My AC stopped working and he was able to come out and accommodate me within hours. Not only was he on time and professional, he was able to locate my very old control panel that they don't even make anymore, which every other AC guy told me they could not find. He tracked it down, explained everything clearly, and had my AC up and running within an hour. His pricing was more than fair and worth every penny. Cooling Genius was awesome! Definitely recommend. The owner, Jaiver was so professional, knowledgeable and made time for our questions and concerns. Excellent service! His team completely replaced our existing duct work. Everything looks great and they cleaned up very well. They were throughout yet fast and affordable. Jaiver is a trustworthy guy and gave us a personal experience which I feel is hard to find. We really appreciate his effort and his time.

Great experience with the whole team. We had a larger to be done (redoing ductwork for a 2600 sq ft house + changing the airflow + more), we were given a reasonable estimate and a timeline for the work and then they proceeded with the work as scheduled. They were on time everyday and kept us in the loop everyday of the progress. There were some things that came up that were unexpected (as these things always do) but the team handled everything without issue. Finally, it is important to point out that the team is a group of extremely nice guys with positive energy. They were always friendly and respectful and cleaned up as much as possible after each days work. They know what they are doing, they guarantee their work, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great experience. Duct replacement - Cooling Genius came by the same day we called them to give us an estimate. Theirs was significantly lower than the other quote we had been given. Work was completed early the next morning. Good quality work, polite, professional. I will use them again.

Our prices have been generated to cover labor and material. our prices can be justified through the quality in our work, our professionalism, and the warranty given on the work that is performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have the same system for every customer to ensure we don't miss anything. We first collect all the customers information including address, full name, project expectations, and email. Secondly, we make a site visit for a complete diagnosis which we then show our customer on our tablets, including the breakdown of the work and pricing. Once we've received approval to begin the work, we lay out drop cloths, wear booties and gloves to prevent any damages to the customers floor. Lastly, we send the invoice or estimate to
