I recently purchased a Google Nest Learning Thermostat (4th Gen), and after struggling to get it powered on, they quickly diagnosed the problem and had it working in no time. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. He identified that the issue was with the C-wire connection at the air handler, corrected it, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving.
