I do not normally write reviews, but with an experience this spectacular, I had to share the wealth! I got referred to Chef Mark by a friend who currently uses his meal service and is always very pleased. Let me tell you, his food is AMAZING!! Chef Mark is very personable, talented, organized, and prepares beautiful and delicious meals. He arrived on time, entertained my party of 12 while preparing the meal, and provided four courses that literally had us licking our plates! Since then I have referred him to two of my dinner guests who have also had a wonderful experience working with him. With so much talent and skill, I am sure that Chef Mark will continue to please the palate, and satisfy every customer craving an outstanding experience. I highly recommend him.

My girlfriend and I were referred Chef Mark through one of his clients. We wanted a private chef to cook for us after a long day at the beach and we were very pleased with his work. It was really nice to have someone else do the shopping and the cooking while we got cleaned up and relaxed in our villa. The food was very good, including rice and beans with Caribbean seasoning, chicken, salads, dessert. We enjoyed the leftovers the next day. Chef Mark was happy to tells us about his recipes and even cleaned up the kitchen before he left! Love the service and professionalism, we will definitely be using again. 👌

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Each guest is quoted based on service needs discussed during the initial consultation
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact each client is given a brief consultation to confirm their request and identify any other needs. With this information we create a quote and send it via email for review. Once confirmed each party signs a contract agreement and a 50% deposit is collected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of our chefs are culinary graduates and food safety manager certified by the state of Florida. Chef Mark is a former culinary school teacher
