- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Each guest is quoted based on service needs discussed during the initial consultation
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact each client is given a brief consultation to confirm their request and identify any other needs. With this information we create a quote and send it via email for review. Once confirmed each party signs a contract agreement and a 50% deposit is collected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of our chefs are culinary graduates and food safety manager certified by the state of Florida. Chef Mark is a former culinary school teacher
