Introduction: With over 30 years of experience I can offer my clients a wide variety of services though I specialize in Private Cooking Classes . I completely customize each class to the clients individual needs and the menus I create are special and unique. We prepare all the food in my students homes from the freshest of ingredients purchased exclusively for that class. My specialties include Kids Classes, Basic Skills such a Knife Skills Class, Baking and Pastry, completely Organic menus with a Supermarket Trip class, Kosher menus for my Kosher clients, and many of the popular diets from Weight Watchers to Paleo. I offer free in home consultations to discover what my clients needs are in order to provide them with exactly what they are looking for. I also do one time events such as Dinner Parties, Holiday Dinners or Sunday brunches for 2 to 20 people. I even prepare dishes from my clients family recipes. I truly focus on the personal when I provide my services I LOVE to cook. I have been cooking all my life and I never have looked at it as work. I am very fortunate to have discovered my passion early on in life and have had the opportunity to make a living at it. To me it is an honor to be invited into someones home to cook or teach them. I love to help people eat healthier meals and to enjoy their lives more. I know the work that goes into cooking fresh healthy meals from the finest of ingredients so I know that what I do helps other people live better lives and that is what I believe I was born to do.
