- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a base fee for each class based on what my clients want to learn. The cost for the food is additional. All the menu planning and shopping is included in the base rate. Because each service is unique the total costs may vary. All special events are priced differently and can only be determined after consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer an in home free consultation to determine what the client is looking for and whether I can provide that service to them. Then I create a unique personalized menu for their class. Once they approve the menu we set up a cooking date to start the their classes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Culinary Degree from Johnson and Wales University and I have been working in all areas of the food industry for over 30 years. I have owned three different food service businesses in Florida the most recent being a small Sandwich Cafe "Summer Rain Cafe" in Hollywood from 2006 to 2015.
