She is very professional, cleaned with very much details areas were we had pointed out it had never been done by another maid. However I can't rate her excellent or exceptional as she didn't do everything we had asked, sheets I remember we had asked to be changed and they weren't and I noticed kitchen floor wasn't moped as there were some stains of ice cream on the floor. The carpet wasn't vacuumed as there was still a dead bug laying around since I last seen and in the kitchen there's still a spider web on the corner ceiling. Maybe I'm too detailed, but overall good service and excellent customer service!
