Ive had my iPhone screen repaired, Ive had the charging dock on my iPhone repaired. Ive had my iPhone camera repaired, Ive had my laptop updated from 8gb of ram to 16gb of ram and antivirus installed. Ive had another laptop wiped clean and a new OS installed, and now tomorrow Ill be taking in another computer because the screen is deciding to not turn on while the computer is. I also referred a coworker of mine to fix the power button on her metro ZTE to this place and they delivered. A review of this place is LONG OVER DUE. These people are fast, professional, and reliable. I will never take any of my devices anywhere else. I have found my forever repair shop and you should trust this place as your forever electronic device repair shop as well. You wont be disappointed.

I understand how you feel. I will provide a little more detail so readers can evaluate the review. This was a hard drive for data recovery which we provided an estimated time for Wed/Thurs. Customer came in on Thursday and the service had not been completed. He did not want to wait or provide more time for the service so we returned the device and charged $0. Hard drive recovery is a specialized service we provide an estimated time frame we do not and did not promise a specific time for this type of service.

Less than two years ago I bought I bought a high priced Macbook from Bestbuy this is perhaps the fourth Macbook I have purchased from there in the last 10 years. When I purchased this particular laptop I remember that the sales staff was much more interested in selling me the extended warranty than in finding the computer that best suited my needs. I declined when I was told that for warranty, they ship to California to analyze the issue and then get back to you within several weeks to a month wether it is fixable or not and often times send you a refurb. As well I recalled that Apple no longer qualified the battery under warranty which is what had made it worth it before.My Macbook, which uses the usb-c to charge stoped taking a charge and after doing some research I learned that it was a pretty common issue with my particular model which was the first to come out with the touch bar on top.I took my laptop to the Bestbuy on bird rd., where I had purchased it hoping that maybe there had been a policy change or that since it had been a known defect they would be able to help me. At this point I will not fault the geek squad employees as they are bound to their script and told me what i had already known that they would have to ship it out for analysis, that it would be several weeks, that i would have to pay shipping and return, that their was no guarantee it would be fixed, that it would cost me minimum $1200-$1800 dollars......... but they could sell me a new one and full price along with an extended warranty that would leave me in the same place I stood than. I resigned myself to keep searching for a better solution and as I left the store and the shopping center I noticed a small computer and phone repair shop close buy and decided to pull in and speak with them because I had nothing to lose and a quick glance at their reviews seemed mostly positive. Meeting the owner and staff right away you get a sense of how knowledgeable they are and that they enjoy what they are doing. They took the time to discuss with me the issue and plugged my laptop to several chargers to insure the issue was not the charger or cable. I was given a very reasonable quote, outlined all my options, asked to pay a small deposit and given receipt that they were holding my Macbook. I was told to give them 7-10 days to hear back from them, and after two weeks I called to inquire. As soon as I gave my information they new who I was and what I was referring too. To my great relief and delight they had it working and asked me to give them a few more days so that they could run some tests. The next day they called to say it was ready and I picked it up a couple days later when I was in the area. It has since been a month and my laptop is working just fine and I have had no other issues. The other factor in why I would definitely go there again and recommend them is the fact that they held to the original estimate even though the agreement I had signed had left wiggle room for a higher cost and that as my primary pc I would of had no choice to pay it. In the end I payed less than a quarter what B.B. had quoted me and had confidence that my personal information was not being shipped from one Coast to another, with goodness knows who having access to it. I highly recommend this establishment.
